1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Buzz Tender Alert ("the Service"), operated at www.buzztenderalert.co.uk ("we", "us", "our").

Business Use Only: This Service is intended for use by businesses, organisations, and sole traders for professional purposes. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and not as a consumer.

2. The Service

Buzz Tender Alert provides daily email notifications of UK public sector tender opportunities matching your chosen keywords. The Service aggregates publicly available tender data from government procurement portals including:

• Contracts Finder
• Find a Tender
• Public Contracts Scotland
• Sell2Wales
• Proactis portals
• In-Tend portals

3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.1 Plans: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice.

3.2 Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

3.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date email addresses
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Only add email recipients who have agreed to receive alerts
• Use the Service for lawful business purposes only
• Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission

5. Service Availability

5.1 Best Efforts: We strive to send alerts every weekday at 8am UK time. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control (e.g., government portal downtime, internet outages).

5.2 Data Accuracy: We aggregate data from third-party government sources. While we take care to present accurate information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of tender data. Always verify opportunities on the original source before bidding.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Missed tender opportunities
• Inaccurate or incomplete tender information
• Service interruptions or delays
• Loss of business or revenue

6.3 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials associated with the Service (excluding third-party tender data) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
